WHY I COACH
I’ve been an athlete my whole life, and want to pass on the the lessons and value of sports and fitness. Coaching is a way for me to give back what the principles of sports and my coaches taught me.
Educating others and leading them to discover potential they never knew they had is my passion.
My Approach to Coaching
The healthy potential of your body is determined by your mind. That is why I focus on not only training the muscles, but also the nervous system through CNS stimulation. The best approach to target this objective is to coach everyone like a track sprinter. I found this process to yield the highest neurological and musculoskeletal results.
The benefits that come as a byproduct further include:
1). Psychologically, the workouts are mentally engaging due to their novelty and progression contrary to mainstream fitness. Simultaneously, I train the psyche the same as that of an athlete.
2). Physically, this type of programming addresses energy systems and movements that you won’t find at your local boutique gym. Every workout we do is calculated and intentional.
3). Emotionally, the sense of accomplishment felt when one realizes that they CAN achieve is shared among a community.
4).Metaphorically, track is you against you. Yes, you have a community of training partners, but you are the only one in your lane on game day. THAT’S LIFE.
